Introduction

 Hi! My name is Laura Davis and I am a 16 year old student at Cedar Grove High School. I work a part time job at Chick-Fil-A in Dunwoody, Georgia on Saturdays. My goal is to graduate from high school and continue to Auburn college and study Marine Biology. I plan to pass this class and hopefully learn a ton of skills on how to use proper grammar and wording. Super excited to see what i’ll learn this semester.

Today in class we worked on unpopular opinions. We each had to pull from a basket. I got number 9 at first but I traded with Tony for number 21 because I didn’t like my topic. My topic was “eating fast food is better than eating homemade food” Today was a pretty easy day. After we worked on our topics, we then went to lunch; and I finished out the rest of my day.

 Today in class we worked on our project again. I’m almost finished with mine and I did research on the colleges that I will be attending if I wanted to major in the field. It was very interesting but it was a pretty quiet day. Besides the work we went to lunch and then returned to finish our presentation that’s due Monday.

 Today in class we did a benchmark. This course has taught me a lot. I’ve learned so much. I’ve learned the different ways of cedar grove since I moved here. I’ve learned how to manage your time and how to take high school serious. This was an amazing course and i’m glad to have had Mr. Rease for my teacher.
